Zach was very helpful, knowledgeable, and personable when it came to selling my house. During the initial walk-through, he was able to determine the best places to improve the house, while staying within my budget, to ensure a quick sale of the house. He then coordinated the entire process, including finding qualified contractors that performed the necessary work on time, with high quality, choosing good looking materials (tile and paint colors, etc.), and scheduling the various appointments and estimates. Since I was selling the house while out of state, he was able to coordinate the various contractors and get the work done without me being present, which was very helpful. Once the house was on the market, he was very good about checking periodically with the status of listing, what other realtors and their clients thought about it, and what the best next steps should be. He was able to walk me through the pros/cons of each offer and helped negotiate the acceptance of an offer that both I and the buyers were happy with (to the best of my knowledge, anyway), including a very short closing. Zach did a very good job of making the entire process stress free, and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor to sell their house.
